3.5pds of thrust 60amps4s 3600 20c using Sickle 70mm fan. Around the same with wemo knock offs, don't know what makes this one pretty strong but I'm impressed for the price

This motor is a real powerhouse, with (seemingly) stronger and thicker magnets than in 3450KV For 450 Helicopter, which I also reviewed here. The fan is reversible. The front and the end of the bell cap have a nice metallic gray finish. The internal portion of the shaft is 4 mm and allows for more robust ball bearings. The end is milled down to 3.17mm -- similar to Scorpion HK 2221 series. I use it in a scratch-build hotliner/pylon racer hybrid (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFWUuN1wl30 ). For such applications it is vitally important to balance the prop, otherwise the shaft will snap in the blink of an eye and the ball bearings will be damaged, too -- not to mention the possibility of an injury. I wish it was 4 mm all the way. Overall, in terms of price/performance, this motor is a bargain. Highly recommended for perfomance enthusiasts.
