- We ship worldwide via Hong Kong Post.

- Shipping fee varies according to size, weight of the parcel and destination.

Your order will be sent out within 1 to 2 business days after payment transaction is completed and all ordered items are available.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Due to the fact that we are unable to know if the order is needed to be shipped into two separate package at the time the order is placed, hence, customer will be required to pay for the shipping fee for the second package if apply.

We provide 2 different shipping methods, EMS and Air Registered:

1. Hong Kong Post Air Mail Registered

Hong Kong Post Air Mail Registered is the most economical shipping method. The shipping time takes approximately 10-15 working days.

No tracking is available for air parcel in most countries.

(Registered Air Mail have a registered shipping number and requires a signature to receive the package at the delivery address. If no one is able to sign and receive the package, a notification will be left at the delivery address. Customer is required to pick up the package at the post office.)

2. Express Mail (EMS) by SpeedPost / Priority Delivery

EMS is quick, affordable and reliable. Delivery time takes about 3-7 working days with tracking information to all major destinations.

Please note that all orders over $400USD will be shipped by Express Mail / Priority only.

NOTE:

- Please do not accept any opened or damaged parcel.
- Please inspect the opened or damaged parcel prior signing the delivery note.
- If you receive an opened or damaged parcel, please file a report with your local post office immediately. Please email us the damage report promptly so we can submit a claim for you.
- The investigation period of Hong Kong Post Office is at least 1 month for EMS and 2 months for Air Mail Registered from the inquiry date.
